Not Up to Expectations

I actually sent an email to the company the other day about our order. We had previously bought this product at Sprouts and loved it, but what we ordered from the online store has not had the same freshness. The raisins are hard as a rock. One of the things we liked the most about what we bought at Sprouts was the chewiness of the raisins along with the crunch of the granola. We were very disappointed by this order.
