Whether you’re an early bird or someone who hits the snooze button a couple times too many, we’ve got you covered with tips to kickstart your day the Granarly way.


  1. Breathe

Seems obvious, right? Starting your day off with a few moments of mindfulness can boost your mood and set a positive tone for your day. Take a deep breath, stretch, and reflect on what you’re grateful for.


  1. Drink water

Drink a glass of water before pushing that “start” button on your coffee maker. Yes, this may seem just downright impossible but your body will thank you later! If you need a little extra flavor, add a slice of lemon or cucumber. Drinking water first thing in the morning helps boost metabolism, flush out toxins, and even improves your immune system.


  1. Fuel Up

 

Now onto the best part – food! Here are a few quick and easy ways to incorporate Granarly into your balanced breakfast:
